Size Guide

At Rilomaro, our dresses and two-piece sets are designed for special occasions and are offered in letter sizes that vary by style. This guide explains how to measure yourself, how to read the size information on individual product pages, and what to consider when you're unsure between two sizes.

Size Options Across the Collection

Our products use standard letter sizing (XS through 3XL), but not every style is available in every size. Some pieces start at XS, others at S; some extend to 2XL, others to 3XL. Always check the size selector on the specific product page to see which sizes are offered for that item.

Because fit varies from one design to the next, a size that works well in one dress may feel different in another. The product description and any size chart on the item page are your most reliable references.

Taking Your Body Measurements

Most Rilomaro size charts list three key body measurements: bust, waist, and hip. Use a soft measuring tape and wear thin, form-fitting clothing or undergarments for the most accurate results.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor. Don't pull tight—the tape should rest comfortably against your body without compressing.

Waist: Find your natural waist, which is typically the narrowest point above your navel. Measure around this area while standing relaxed and breathing normally. Avoid sucking in or pulling the tape snug.

Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips and seat, usually about 8 inches below your natural waist. Keep your feet together and the tape level all the way around.

Write down your measurements in inches. If a product page provides its size chart in inches, you can compare directly. If units differ, convert carefully before matching.

Reading a Product's Size Chart

When a product page includes a size chart, it typically shows the range of body measurements that correspond to each size. For example, a size M might list a bust range of 35–37 inches, meaning the garment is designed to accommodate a body bust within that range.

These are body measurement ranges, not the flat-laid dimensions of the garment itself. The actual finished product will have additional room built in based on the designer's intended fit—whether that's a slim, figure-skimming silhouette or a relaxed, flowing drape.

Keep in mind that manual measurements can vary by approximately 0.4 to 1.2 inches across production runs. This tolerance is noted on product pages that include a size chart.

Deciding Between Two Sizes

If your measurements fall near the boundary between two sizes, look at the fit description on the product page. Some Rilomaro styles are described as slim or figure-hugging with minimal stretch, while others have a relaxed drape. A product page may also state whether sizing up is recommended for a particular design.

Consider how you want the garment to feel: closer to the body or with more ease. If the product description notes a specific recommendation for between-size situations, follow that guidance for that item only—it may not apply to other styles.

Do not rely on the size you wear in a different brand or a different style in our collection. Always compare your current body measurements against the specific chart for the item you are considering.
